The Eugene Concert Choir, with the Oregon Mozart Players and four professional soloists, will celebrate the finale of our 30th anniversary season with one of the greatest choral masterworks of all time.
Marvel at the amazing world of sound created in the mind of Ludwig van Beethoven, a genius composer who was by that time in his life totally deaf. The Missa Solemnis was composed during Beethovens mature period along with his landmark Ninth Symphony, and was described by Beethoven himself as the greatest work of all his compositions.
Kelley Nassief, soprano
Victoria Avetisyan, mezzosoprano
Yeghishe Manucharyan, tenor
Clayton Brainerd, bass-baritone
